Overview:

This individual will lead the management of the CRM database structure, growth and audience segmentation strategies. This position will work with a wide variety of people within the SCHEELS Corporation, primarily with the E-Commerce teams.

The Essentials:

  • Own the development & strategy of audience segmentation to drive traffic and sales across online and in-store channels through personalized interactions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and improve data collection and cleanliness to ensure accuracy in reporting and usage across different channels
  • Build and augment analytical capabilities in the following areas: contact strategies, loyalty performance, lifetime value, conversion, retention, and omnichannel/multichannel strategies
  • Optimize contact frequency by recency engagement & channel preference
  • Conduct analysis and reports based on requests as needed
  • Run deep-dive analysis to answer ad-hoc business questions that enhance CRM marketing strategies, create insight, or troubleshoot performance issues
  • Support Email Channel Manager in weekly, monthly and campaign level reporting to provide results and learnings to various stakeholders
  • Ability to be organized, detailed, and multi-task
  • Strong initiative and vision for continuous improvement
  • Excellent judgment, strategic thinker, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial
  • Ability to work independently and with the team
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong aptitude in HTML email coding
  • Comfortable using SQL to structure queries from scratch to extract and manipulate data
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills, including proofreading skills

  • High energy, positive “can do” attitude and self-motivated

 

Expert Experience:

  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or related field
  • 2-4 years marketing experience

 

Activity:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Schedule:

Must be flexible to work between 8a.m. and 5p.m., Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed averaging 40 hours per week
