Overview:

The E-commerce Analyst will play a key role on the E-commerce team utilizing various data inputs such as web analytic data, testing resuls, heatmap visualizations to provide strategic insights and recommendations to increase customer experience and site conversion. This position will work with a variety of roles and departments to drive brand awareness and sales for all of SCHEELS.COM.

The Essentials:

  • Analyze key metrics, user behavior, navigational patterns, page performance, conversion funnels, and customer experience as a means to identify e-commerce growth opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams (merchandising, customer service, fulfillment, marketing) to provide additional in-depth analytics and recommendations based on specific business needs
  • Actively seek opportunities to increase traffic or conversion rates through analytics driven recommendations
  • Identify, present, and execute opportunities for A/B testing to improve website KPI’s and customer experience
  • Conduct competitive research, establishing performance benchmarks whenever possible
  • Collaborate on data collection capabilities to enable faster, more accurate, and more efficient reporting for multiple levels and areas of the company
  • Provide, maintain, and summarize weekly and monthly holistic summaries of performance and takeaways that take into consideration all device types, marketing programs, merchandising strategies, and promotions
  • Ability to be organized, detailed, and multi-task

Expert Experience:

  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years marketing experience
  • Analytic Experience Preferred

 

Activity:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

 

Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Schedule:

Must be flexible to work between 8a.m. and 5p.m., Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed averaging 40 hours per week
