Overview:

SCHEELS is seeking highly motivated individuals to engage with customers and provide a great customer check-out experience. Compensation for this position starts at $14.00 per hour for Part-Time and $16.00 per hour for Full-Time.  Average work hours are 20 hours per week for Part-Time and 41 hours per week for Full-Time.  Day and evening shifts are available.

The Essentials:

• Greet all customers when entering and exiting the store and engage in conversation with all guests
• Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and be able to clearly explain all benefits
• Accurately balance cash drawer at the beginning and the end of the day
• Learn to serve guests at our Coffee Bar and Licensing Desk
